The desk
Watstock is advisory research. We score a published US universe (and a separate crypto book) and let you paper-trade, then send a ticket to your own bank or broker. We are not a broker-dealer, we do not execute, and we do not hold client money or keys.
Not personalised advice
The ranking, Studio, chat, and tickets are research tools. They are not a recommendation that you buy, sell, or hold any security for your circumstances. Markets can lose capital. Past scoring does not guarantee future results. Read the methodology before you treat a call as a decision.
Accounts
You must be old enough to form a contract where you live. You must give a real email and keep the password. We may refuse or close an account that abuses the desk, scrapes the book, or pretends to be us.
Free and Pro
Free sees a daily slice of the ranking. Pro opens the top of the book, the five-session path, Studio, and the rest of the paid desk, billed by Stripe under the plan you pick on Pricing. Cancel on the account page; access lasts through the period already paid.
Paper book and tickets
Paper fills are simulated. A ticket is an instruction you send onward. You are responsible for what your bank or broker does with it.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the service, harvest other members’ data, republish the paid book as your own product, or dump licensed vendor data (tape, World Monitor, Mux) as a bulk feed. Fair personal use of what you see on screen is the point.
Our materials
The wordmark, ranking, methodology text, and Studio are ours (or licensed to us). You may quote a call with attribution. You may not clone the desk.
Availability
We try to keep the tape and the book current. Feeds fail. When they do, the page will say so. We are not liable for missed sessions, downtime, or a score you acted on.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Watstock and Feynman Labs are not liable for trading losses, indirect or consequential damage, or data you copied off the screen. If a court finds a cap is required, it is the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or fifty US dollars, whichever is larger.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the live version. Continued use after that date is acceptance. Questions: the contact form.
