- Band. BUY if 5-day USD ≥ +3%. SELL if ≤ −3%. HOLD inside that. Wider than the equity 1% rule because this tape is louder.
- Pegs. USDT / USDC / DAI are HOLD while the dollar holds. A break below 0.98 is SELL. We do not “BUY the dollar” on this desk.
- Concentration. Top-10 holders above 75% blocks a BUY. One wallet is not a market.
